Who are we...?
TRIONGL is a theatre compnay made up of its three founding members, Valmai Jones, Rebecca Knowles and Rebecca Smith-WIlliams. After meeting as free-lance actresses on a rather unusual collaboration with a company from Hong Kong adapting a short story by George Orwell, they recognised a mutual joy found in working together along with a shared social and theatrical value system and so TRIONGL was formed.The company is Cardiff based and are Associate Artists at CHAPTER ARTS CENTRE and supported by ARTS COUNCIL WALES. TRIONGL works collaboratively to devise new pieces of theatre that engage with socially relevant themes with joyful scrutiny.
Triongl work in both the Welsh and English language when appropriate for our productions.

Fe ffurfiwyd Triongl ar ôl i'r dair gyfarfod fel actoresau llawrydd ar gydweithrediad gyda chwmni o Hong Kong i addasu stori fer gan George Orwell. Roeddent yn rhannu yr un syniadau am theatr a chymdeithas ac yn cydweithio yn dda gyda'u gilydd a greodd bartneriaeth berffaith.
Mae'r cwmni wedi'i leoli yng Nghaerdydd ac yn Artistiaid Cyswllt Peilot gyda Chapter a gefnogir gan Gyngor Celfyddydau Cymru. Mae Triongl yn cydweithio i ddyfeisio gwaith newydd o theatr sy'n ymgysylltu â themâu cymdeithasol perthnasol mewn ffordd ysgafn.
Mae Triongl yn creu gwaith yn y Gymraeg a'r Saesneg, pa bynnag iaith sy'n briodol ar gyfer y cynhyrchiad.
